Take a Closer Look at Goya!

These big digital closeups of the faces out of Goya's "Caprichos" series came out of a idea which originated in the Gabinete de Estudios research unit of the Calcografia Nacional. The photography and imaging work wais by Juan Carlos Melero and Jose Maria Gari, two photographers associated with the Calcografia, Madrid's hoary (but getting hipper every day!) national print institution.
