2. A virtual portfolio page with up to 12 thumbnail images and 12 enlargements.
3. Documentation on each of the images: title, date, image size, technique, edition.
4. A "biography page" of biographical/CV information, illustrated by one or more images from the artist's portfolio.
5. A place in the rotating "featured artists" section on the World Printmakers homepage.
6. All client queries are passed directly to you via email. World Printmakers takes no commissions on sales.
7. Invitations to participate in exhibits, fairs, publications and other international art events.
8. Inclusion in the World Printmakers search engine.
9. The possibility to update periodically the images on the site.
10. An "exhibition announcement" on the World Printmakers site whenever you have an exhibit anywhere in the world.
    
11. The cost of Gold Participation in World Printmakers is €199 (approx. CAN$275) for a one-year period

Note: World Printmakers takes no commission on sales. All clients are referred directly to the artist themselves. It is the artists who handle all clients and sales directly.

The First Step...

Once you have decided upon your Gold Participation, and have had a look at our Conditions (below), please send us an e-mail (miguel@worldprintmakers.com) with your personal and contact data (name, address, phone, fax, email, url), your images and thumbnails (format .jpg, size of images 600 pixels on the longest side; size of thumbnails 180 pixels on longest side) and their corresponding data (and don't forget a couple of photographs of the artist). You should also include biographical and CV information. It's a good idea to send the images two or three at a time, so as not to overload our email server. Please size the .jpg images to no larger than 600 pixels on the longest side.) Before sending anything, please have a look at World Printmakers Submission Procedures - Technical Considerations.

Basic Policies
World Printmakers requires its printmaker clients to provide complete and accurate data on the prints displayed on the site. False or misleading information relating to the works displayed will be grounds for immediate removal. World Printmakers also requires that its artists have clear title to any work displayed on the site. Any print whose title comes into question will be deleted.

Selection of artists
Note on the selection process: All submissions to World Printmakers are reviewed by a selection committee of printmaking professionals. World Printmakers reserves the right to publish only work which has passed this selection process.

Use of personal data
World Printmakers promises not to release any artist's name, address or other personal data to any other company, whether for commercial or any other use.

Use of Images
The images on the World Printmakers' site are there to be freely viewed by the WWW public. Their copyright, however, belongs to their authors and any commercial use must be agreed to in writing by the individual artist prior to use. The only exception to this rule will be the use of the artists' images on the World Printmakers site and in World Printmakers promotional material. The artists who submit original material to World Printmakers implicitly accept these conditions.
