Born in Munich (1939) and grew up in Germany. Lived in the United States from 1965 to 1983, where she followed a formal training in studio arts and printmaking. American citizenship. Living permanently in the Netherlands since 1983. Married, two daughters. Her work was included in major print and drawing exhibitions in the United States, in Europe and the Far East and awarded prizes, among others: The First Miniprint International , Cadaques (Spain) in 1981, The Print Club, Philadelphia in 1984, and the Sapporo Print Biennial, (Japan) in 1993. Ursula Neubauer's prints and drawings are represented in many private and public collections, among others in the Bibliotheque Nationale , Paris, The Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Museum of Contemporary Art, Barcelona, and the Bible Museum, Amsterdam.
